Production
Gabala Canning Factory has the capacity to produce 90,000 tons of fruit juice annually.
Gabala Canning Factory, operational since 2007, is one of Azerbaijan's most modern production facilities with advanced technologies.
Covering an area of 16 hectares, the factory has two large production sites and employs a total of 436 permanent and 80 seasonal workers. The factory produces fruit juices, nectars, fruit concentrates, carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks. Products from Gabala Factory are in high demand in both local and international markets.
Equipped with modern machinery, the facility processes 30,000 tons of fruit annually and produces 90,000 tons of fruit juice. There are three fruit processing lines, one glass line, and three tetrapak lines producing products under the brands Jale, Zolotoy Sad, and Natura. The factory's products are exported to Russia, the USA, Germany, Dubai, Qatar, and many other countries. The soft drink production facility, which began operations in 2013, produces various fruit juices and soft drinks under the brands Jale, Mia, I'm tea, Natura Mood, and Saffir with four production lines. Using the hot filling system from France's SIDEL company with a capacity of 10,000 liters per hour, and cold filling systems with capacities of 20,000 and 13,000 liters per hour, the facility produces various beverages in plastic packaging. Equipped with machinery from Italy's Padovan company, the facility produces lemonade, carbonated, and non-carbonated waters, with products stored using automated pallet rack systems.
